The Customer may not distribute, exchange, modify, sell, or transmit data provided by SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. without previous written consent, including but not limited to any text, images, audio, and video, for any business, comercial, or public purpose. As long as the Customer complies with the Terms and Conditions of Use, SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to enter, display, and use its online services. This rule doesn’t includes Open Source or General Public Licensed information.
1.3 Product or services pricing, availability and any other information or feature, as well as these Terms and Conditions of Use, are subject to change without notice. These Terms and Conditions of Use and the Customer relationship with SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. shall be governed by Portuguese law. This website indicates the Costumer agreement to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located within the district of Porto, Portugal for any disputes or claims regarding these Terms and Conditions of Use, transactions conducted on this Site, or any other use of SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. services or information.
3.1 A formal purchase order, describing all technical details and quantity is required to start production or fulfillment. An order with custom products or services order shall be considered valid after explicit validation by SMILE.TECH Robótica Lda.
3.2 SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. does not modify, add or diminish the information of the data submitted for production
3.3 If the submitted data is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or in disrespect production capacity, delivery time inflation or non-compliance might occur.
3.4 The order will be set in production or fulfillment queue after payment confirmation.
4.1 SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. will delivery according to the Customer’s order and part number specifications.
4.2 Customer acknowledges and agrees that all costs and obligations associated with shipment and delivery of Products shall be borne solely by Customer; that any insurance desired therefor shall be Customer’s sole obligation and expense.
4.4 SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. makes available to the Customer many options for products shipment, however SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. is not responsible for this service. Delays or damage to products during transportation should be litigated directly between the Customer and the transport provider.
5.1 SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. assumes that the Customer is the sole owner of copyright and intellectual property of all submitted information.
5.2 SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. doesn’t question, analyze or check the purpose or use of the printed circuit boards.
5.3 SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. will not disclose any information owned by it’s Customer
6.1 During the period of six months after shipment, SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. warrants the Product shall be free from defects in products and workmanship.
6.2 SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. guarantees that the Product will be manufactured per Customer order, data and specifications.
6.3 The quality of our products depends on the conditions of preservation and use, such as temperature, humidity, contact with solvents, dust and other substances, current and voltage stress.
7.1 SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. accepts the responsibility for the cost of return of products in incongruity with the Customer’s orders, without prejudice to the application of the remaining Terms and Conditions of Use.
7.2 SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. accepts no responsibility for production defaults resulting from specification mistakes sent by the Customer.
7.3 SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. accepts no responsibility for the use or purpose given to our products, which are used at own risk of the Customer.
7.4 SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. accepts no responsibility for electromagnetic interferences, damages, injuries or losses caused by the use given to our products.
7.5 SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. accepts no responsibility regarding the frequency, current, voltage, vibration or physical deformation, temperature and humidity, dust and other substances to which our products will be submitted.
7.6 SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. accepts no responsibility for the legitimacy of the data, projects or information use, and it’s the Customer obligation to check the copyright and all intellectual property.
7.7 SMILE.TECH Robótica, Lda. accepts no responsibility for damages, injuries or losses caused by the use given to the information provided in this website.
