SMILE.TECH – ROBÓTICA is focused on the development, manufacturing and sales of reliable, high precision and safe, yet very affordable robotic manipulators. We enable the use of robotic manipulators in applications where up to now it simply wasn’t possible due to the price and complexity of conventional industrial robots.
Our Mission
The development and manufacture of innovative solutions for robotic manipulation that can share space with living beings without putting them in harms way, are easy to setup, run and are affordable enough for a regular family or small size company to purchase.
Our Vision
SMILE.TECH ROBÓTICA LDA will be recognized as an innovative company that puts robotics and automation to the service of families, offices, schools and small businesses, for the creation of safe reliable and precise systems and for the development of easy to use, and free programming and simulation tools.
Our Values
We believe everyone has a part in our planets sustainability, humanities education and long term development. We also believe that robotics tech and knowledge should be democratized and available as a tool to improve well being.

The People
We are passionate about our work and inspired by the acknowledgment of the fact that everyone makes a difference.
Ana Pinto Figueiredo is a dentist specialized in pediatrics, graduated from the Faculty of Dental Medicine of the University of Oporto, has a Master´s from the same faculty and over 15 years of experience as a dentist and as a manager. Ana holds the office of Managing Partner.
Fernando Figueiredo is a mechanical engineer specialized in automation engineering, graduated in the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Oporto, has 17 years of experience in industrial automation, is also Managing Partner and directs the Robotics Department
